Returns
All licensed software product returns will be subject to our product return policy defined in the End User License Agreement (EULA) of each of the products purchased. Product returns have to be processed by contacting MecSoft Corporation by phone or email only. In order for us to process a product return, we require that you provide enough information for us to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your company name, date of transaction, number of licenses purchased, etc.) Please note also that any refunds will be subject to processing and banking fees.
Taxes
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be physically shipped to addresses (CA BOE Regulation 1502) within the state of California. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Mecsoft’s E-Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Mecsoft’s E-Store shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Mecsoft’s E-Store will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price
