Where is everybody?

Hi,
I am new to using Visual CAD, having been working in AlibreCAD/CAM for a while. I chose to switch to this program because Mecsoft has put the 'CNC Masters' CAM coding in Visual CAM. Making it easy to program my 'CNC Masters' milling machine. But, where are all the members that are supposed to be helpful to the newbies? I have posted a simple operational question about using VisualCad, and nobody has answered. The other forum i got answers in a short period of time. One of the major flaws that I have found with the CAD/CAM softwares is a lack of good instructional manuals.
