Network license - Multiple instances

Hi,
We recently upgraded our 8 rhinocam seats to RhinoCam2016 from RhinoCam2014. Our operators noticed they can no longer open multiple instances on the network server seats (5 seat network license). They were able to do this in the past so they can keep their current job open for quick changes while working on programming the next job. Is there a way to allow multiple instances with a network license?
