Need help with approach/engage speed output

I have Visual mill 6.0 using mach3 and sherline 5400 with the sherline steppers and controller box. My only problem is it does not appear that my settings for the approach and engage speeds are being used. I don't know what I need to changed in the post processor to get this to output in the post file. Here is an example of my output code.
