I tried to open your file with visualmill ,and .vcp files are not supported,
You will have to convert it in your vcp program first . Unless I am missing something

As much as I know VCP are - VisualCamPart files... there shoudn't be problems to open it in VisualMill.
Original file was IGS, but regret I can't attach IGS here... Than I imported that IGS into VisualMill 6.0 and saved. That's it.

I would suggest getting some on-line training from our support department. Questions such as "how do I mill this part" are best addressed in a training session, if some other uses are not able to help you.
