RhinoArt not working properly w/ Rhino5

The subject say it, won't go into detail.

Is there going to be an update to this product or is it becoming obsolete with RH5?
It seems that it was created for RH3 though it was sold to me as a V4 plugin. It's
price was so high compared to what it actually is capable of doing that - IMO - it
would be fair if there was a no-charge free update so that it won't become obsolote.

PS. And whats more, VisualArt and RhinoArt are causing installation problems and also some VM and RC commands not to work properly with it's out of date code modules. See the text related topic in VisualMill discussion area.
