VisualMill 6 Upgrade to VM 2012

Will it be possible to upgrade to VM 2012 from VM 6 and if so, any idea yet of price.
If you order before Jan 31, you get a discounted price for under $900 after, you pay the full upgrade price.
I'll upgrade once they prove they can fix the IGES import issues.
