Create stock based on extents of solid bodies and not sketch

Create stock based on extents of solid bodies and not the extents of the various sketches within the part. Normally, one should just be able to figure this out, but the "Stock Geometry" configuration box is so whacky to use that it takes forever to get a stock set up. Most of the time when I have trouble I just save as a parasolid and re-open and do my machining from there. That's not very productive.
