VisualArt Problems

Ok I have VisualCam/Mill/Art. Ihave been experiencing problems exporting projects from VisualArt to VisualMill. VA will start the export then freezes or it will send but when I get into mill side to do toolpaths a warning pops up to say no data. Anyone have an idea what is going on with VA?

Since the last post on this subject , I have figured out a few things about VisualArt. Don't set resolution too high. Make models small then import projects into Visual mill as one large project. I have been experiencing better luck this way.

I would like to know how to make a dished shape in visualART. I see tutorials for RhinoArt has some options but what about visualART. (or is this the same thing?) Also another question, when setting up resolution for an image to vectorized what is the best setting?
