yes will ship internationaly, no dongle, just the software, but it has activation file so you can use it without the dongle and can be transferable item is liquidation clearence OEM, retail pack will cost you expensive to buy, retail you are just paying for the colorful fancy packaing extra
Does Mecsoft sell OEM versions?
