A couple bugs

1. When adding "Comments to Output" you can't delete them. Erasing them and hitting OK doesn't work, when you reopen the properties dialog box they are still there and still output.

2. When posting a file if you have the "Optimize Cycle Output" box checked ALL comments are not output in the post.
