collision

Post by juliao »

Hello

Our company is using RhinoCAM pro and are very happy with it.

But there is something that has been causing some very annoying problems, it's the intol and outol parameters.

In this program that we reported to our Reseller and to Mecsoft we have a collision, parameters are:

into/outol= 0,01mm

stock= 0,05

The reply has been to reduce the intol/outol to 0,005 or less, but this shouldn’t happen, right?

Why in the surrounding areas with the same into/outoll there is no problem?

Mecsoft our machine is not very new and it can't handle intol/outol of 0,005 it will generate very slow programs.

Mecsoft can you please release some fix for this situation??

Sorry if I seem a little frustrated but in our industrial area there is a lot of pressure to finish moulds on time and what this has been causing us it stacks of moulds that need to be repaired.

Hope that you understand our concerts, and that you will release a correction for this ASAP.

Regards

We are still looking into this. Our understanding was that this problem was specific to one part. Do you have any other parts that exhibit this problem? If so please send them to [email protected]
