I have a model to make, but simulation is showing wrong. Attached is file for you to check. I have rebuilt model and always come out wrong.

Alex,
Change Clearance Plane to Stock Max Z + Distance = 3 for the Horizontal Roughing operation.
The region selected for parallel finishing needs to stay to the edge of the part.
Use Horizontal Finishing for machining the stock being left from the Roughing operation on the Z levels.
Hint: Use Duplicate Edge from the curve tools in Rhino to create the region for Parallel Finishing.
