I may have mentioned this before, but want to make an official request for 3D tabs. Anytime the bit stops rises up and back down to make a tab, there's a good chance it will leave marks on the material. If you do a smooth 3d tab, the bit never stops moving, it only smoothly raises and lowers the Z over the length of the tab.
