Software create patterns (soles)

Hello all
I'm looking for some solution to create parterns in soles.
I have a customer that wants to buy Rhinocam but they want to be able to cnc those patterns (maybe with 5 axis continuous).
They use Rhino.
See the below image I made this test with AIR and extracted the displaced geometry.
Anyone doing pattersn like this in soles? Do you work with indexed 5 axis?
