Origin and Stock turning white

Origin and Stock turning white

I have found that if I add an image using 'pictureframe' command, that my origin (machining CSYS) arrows and the stock box turn solid, bright white.

It seems to go away only if I delete the pictureframe image and switch viewports a couple times.
