I think it would be nice to have a warning that you are about to delete a MOp or MOp set. I just deleted a MOp set of about 30 MOPs with one accidental press of the delete key.

I will add that if a dialog is added, I think it would be important to add either A: an option check box to never show the warning again, or B: the ability to ctrl-click multiple MOPs to delete several at a time. I'm imagining trying to delete many MOPs and having to go say 'yes' over and over again.
Oh.. I agree. I thought maybe just an "Are you sure you want to delete X MOps?" would be great.
