Hi Mark,

we are planning on showing the new 5 axis module during the 2010 Solidworks World to be held from 31st Jan - 3 Feb. After that we will release a beta! Will keep you posted.

Hey if anyone on the forum is going to the Solidworks 2010. I would love it if you posted some information(thoughts) about the 5 axis module, as I don't think I will be there.

Is the 5 axes continuous a new product or upgrade to the VM6PRO?

Thanks!

It will be a add-on module to VM PRO. The pricing has not been nailed down yet.

Hi Mark,
please send email to [email protected] and we will arrange for a on-line demo of the 5 axis software for you. We are still working on getting the beta but since there are so many changes (including VisualCAM due to the introduction of surfaces (in addition to meshes)) we don't have an installer yet.
