Cutting angled & sloped ramps.

So now I've got my part to the point where I can cut the little "ramps" out but don't know the best way to program this.
This is what my stock looks like at the point before attempting to machine the little ramps:

This is what it looks like after profiling all the ramps:

I can't figure out how to get the profile paths not to cut through through the center of the material when transversing.
Ideally I would like to remove all material that is around and in between the ramps and then do a final pass with a 1/32 ball endmill to cut the angled surfaces.
What would be the best way to cut these ramps out assuming I have all sizes of micro and standard endmills?
