Mecsoft,
Is it possible for visualmill to do under cuts when the head of the machine is tipped and not the workpiece? Our molds are to big to be rotated(quickly)and we all have volstra angle heads for what we call "tip head work"
Thanks,
Greg

Greg,
Have you tried using the MCS to orient the toolaxis to get to the undercuts?

Greg,
if you need a example for undercuts in 4 directions (all 4 Quadrants)with head of machine turned (B-AXIS)I have a part that show you the change of the MCS.
Best regards
Robert

Mecsoft,
I created a construction plane tipped at 30 degrees so i could use it for boundary creation, then i set my mcs off of that c-plane.which is where I may be going wrong.
