Part Unit failure

Preferences, Part Units

Clicking "no" still performs a units change.

Perhaps the only two choices should be "yes" and "Cancel"

In addition, when telling it "no", the size increases!

Part Units - click Yes - Scales the part and changes the part units.
For example: Part that is 1 x 1 Inch would change to 25.4 x 25.4 MM

Part Units - click No - Changes the part units without scaling the model.
For example: Part that is 1 x 1 Inch would change to 1 x 1 MM

Part Units - click Cancel cancels the units change.
