Hi,
It is hard to help you without additional information. Please send us the Rhino model with toolpaths and operations so we can see what methods you are using. You can send it to [email protected]
Also tell us if you have had this problem before or is this specific to a part file.

We reviewed your file and replied to your email on 12/15/08.
The following suggestions were made
1. Select Preferences from the Setup tab in RhinoCAM. Uncheck output arcs as linear segments.
2. Edit the 2 1/2 axis profiling operation. Change the tolerance from 0.03 to 0.01.

Attached is a screen capture of simulation & toolpath preview (posted for Mach3).

We have verified the toolpath and the posted code. They look correct in RhinoCAM, Xpert CNC Editor's backplot and Mach3. Attached zip file contains the Rhino file, posted g-code, screen captures of toolpath preview and Mach 3 Post.
As we cannot see any issues with the posted code, it could be a machine related issue. We would suggest you contact your machine tool vendor.
