Rhinocam acting weird again

Post by briank »

I just tried some 2.5D profiling. The drawing is in inches and the Rhino properties are set in inches. I can dimension the drawing and everything comes out correct. I post the G code and send it to the machine and it tries to make the parts in miniature.

Looking at the G code, I get very tiny X, Y, and Z values. I don't see anything over about .3 in any of the X or Y axis and the part is around 4 X 7 inches.

When I look at the feeds and speeds they are in metric. One time they were in metric, but as soon as I unclicked the USE RAPID in the feeds they changed to inches. Reloading the part it is now still stuck in metric which makes me seem to think that Rhino is working in inches and RhinoCam is working in metric for some strange reason. I can't recall any setting to change the units on RhinoCam anywhere. What is going on? This is Rhino 3.0 with RhinoCam 1.0. I have tried the Mach 2 post and the Mach 3 inch post and get the same thing.
