Can I get some help Setting Up Tools/Bits and Holder

Hello.

Totally new to RhinoCam. Just getting started CNC'ing.

Running:
Rhino8/RhinoCAM
Machine: Laguna IQPro

I'm trying to set up my tools/bits. But I'm confused as all the information I can plug into the RhinoCam doesn't seem to be part of my tools...

For Instance: I have a facing/planning bit.
I can fill out most of the information such as Shank Dia., Tool Diameter and more BUT... What would be my shoulder Length and Shoulder Diameter be?

I also have Holder Questions that are basically the same thing.
