Multi Z Profiling-I can only get the Radius Lead in on the first pass. A straight lead in is applied to each subsequent pass.
What am I missing?

Have a look at the attached revised part. The start point was causing the issue.
What did I do:
1.) Merge the curves into one curve (Curve Modeling > Merge)
2.) Moved the start point of the curve to midpoint of the side nearest when you had the start point previously (Curve Modeling > Start Point)
3.) Edit the mop, using the new curve and regenerate.
Have a look at the attached revised part. The start point was causing the issue.
