Cannot release license!

All my buttons say 'About VisualCAM'. Have tried uninstall-reinstall of VisualCAM but not joy.
Maybe since I'm using VisualCAM 2017 on Solidworks 2019? However my colleague has same setup without any issues. Is there another way to release the license since I can't get to the right window? Every button takes you to the 'About VisualCAM' window

The issue you are noticing is possibly due to windows installer/uninstaller not clearing up previous entries and resulting in a conflict. Here is how you can manually fix the issue.
Open SolidWORKS and release VisualCAM license. (Select Tools from SolidWORKS menu - VisualCAM - License)
Close SolidWORKS and uninstall VisualCAM.
Run the windows Registry Editor (regedit) from the windows search.
In the upper left, look under the following locations for each version of SolidWORKS that is installed.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Solidworks\SOLIDWORKS <Version>\User Interface\CommandManager\PartContext and cycle thru each of the tabs on the right. Find the tab(s) that contain references to older VisualCAM data and delete these tab(s).
Re-install VisualCAM for SolidWORKS.
VisualCAM 2017 for SolidWORKS is not certified to run in SolidWORKS 2019
