If you ZIP your files you can upload them here. Was that two mis-drilled parts out of several that were drilled correctly, or just the two that were drilled? Photo of your part mounting on the machine?

Ken, I made 2 attempts at this part both times the pocket was not centered. Here are the files

Is it the thru hole or the counter bore that's in the wrong place?

Ken

OOPS! you said it was the pocket.
I noticed in Sketch 4 you have a Y dimension on the pocket, but it also looks like there is a Concentric constraint to the thru hole. Not sure if that could cause a conflict.

The part looks fine to me. Did you make an adjustment to the part after you initially created the Mops? Since you are using the sketches to drive the drilling operations, they would adjust to the new location, however since you are using the part edge for the counter bore, this might not have updated??
Try to regenerate the part > then regenerate the Mops > then re-post the .nc and see if this fixes it.

The programmed toolpath & the posted code looks fine and shows the hole pocketing operation (Bearing Pocket) being concentric to the drilled hole.
The center of the hole in question has the following coordinate values X1.125, Y1.125.
The circular interpolation for the cleanup pass in hole pocketing operation shows circle being output as 2 arcs
with the following coordinate values
X1.3212 Y1.1250 (Start X & Y coordinates for first arc)
G17 (Circular interpolation in XY plane)
G02X0.9287I-0.1962J0.0000 (X & Y coordinate values for end of arc. I & J represent incremental arc centers)
X1.3212I0.1963J0.0000 (X & Y coordinate values for end of arc. I & J represent incremental arc centers)
