Licensing problem

I am trying to register my copy of Rhinocam 2018. It's not showing my computer ID in the dialog. I just released the license from an old computer and it shows a code there. Without it, I just get the error message "This option is not licensed!".

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Solved it. Somehow when I switched to a new hard drive, my UID was changed. If you're going to reinstall Rhinocam after cloning a hard drive, you need to completely uninstall Rhinocam and Rhino. Check the local machine registry settings in Windows regedit. Note the UID in Mcneel. You only solved it when this changes, and then you have to completely remove everything from ProgramData and registry related to these software packages. After that, a full install and you see the computer ID being displayed again during licensing.
