RhinoCAM 2018 GUI improvement

Identified in RhinoCAM 2018 v8.0.0.28 and earlier.
In the Machining Browser when renaming a setup after typing new text the Enter key does not save the change. You must click out of the text box for the change to be saved.
Being able to type text then press Enter would be much more intuitive.
