Random Profile Stepover

I'm programming a profile path for a four sided piece that will be cut out on our cnc lathe and its stepping over the last couple passes for reasons unknown to me. I copied the the linework into a new file and generated the tool path again with the same results.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

We looked at the file it shows the shank diameter is set smaller than your tool diameter. Edit the tool definition and set shank diameter = tool diameter and regenerate the profile toolpath. This would maintain the same offset for all cut levels.
