Tool library rather than load from file

Love Rhino Cam, Would it be possible to rather add a tool library rather than load from file. I don't know how the others feel about it. I use the "knowlege base" function to load setting from a particular file, which is really good.

It would really speed up my workflow.

A tool library is probably not what I am looking for, although it would be nice to store the tools you use within the program with their feed speeds, that I could call up at any time.

I am finding that I need to always put in my own custom feed speeds for each tool when setting up a tool. It would be good if I could store these in the " load from file dialog box" as a custom setting.

Is there a way to adjust the default feed speeds?
