Horizontal Re-Rouging??

I am running some mechanical parts ( 4th axis ) and ran a .250 flat roughing pass then wanted to do a Horizontal Re-Rouging with a .125 flat. No matter what I did to the settings I kept getting the massage about (invalid arguments) ??? I could not figure it out. I was using a region to contain the cutter and trying to cut the entire bottom cut. Could this have something to do with it?

Correct me if I am wrong but this function is for re-roughing what is left by the previous mop right? What could I be doing wrong? OR is there maybe a bug in this algorithm?

Any help on this would be great.
